The Piedmont Design Process
~ Consult
To begin, you will speak with our designer to help us understand your business and your online goals. Next
you will send us your company's logos and any marketing materials (if available) that you would like to include.
~ Design
After we receive your branding materials for the site, we will work to create the first draft of the
proposed site, reflecting the look and feel that was agreed upon in the consultation. This initial step can
take a few days or many weeks, depending on the complexity of the solution you desire.
~ Review / Revise / Repeat
When the first draft is completed, we will arrange a time to discuss the site and our direction. Following
this meeting, we will work to incorporate your feedback into what will typically be the final draft
~ Approve/Launch
At this stage, you will review the final draft of your site and request any modifications and tweaks desired
before, with your approval, we open your site to the world.
~ Maintain
Launching a site is only the beginning. You should have a plan in place for keeping the site content
current, so that as your business evolves, so will your web home. We offer several options for site
maintenance ensuring that your site can stay as current as possible, giving your customers a reason to check
back often.
